| Dark Circles
Black or dark circles under or around the eyes can be caused by many different factors. They can, for most people, be lessened by a good change in regime and addition of a good quality skincare eye cream.
The most common cause of dark circles is genetic makeup. Like varicose veins, dark circles are usually an inherited trait that are due to a very thin or transparent skin around the eye area,.
